4.1 Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the mamak24 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to notify mamak24 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mamak24 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
4.4 mamak24 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for such refusal.
4.5 Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any such transfer shall render the Account immediately subject to suspension.
5.1 mamak24 operates in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements. All Users are subject to identity verification procedures before withdrawal requests can be processed.
5.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

6.1 Deposits. mamak24 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank direct transfer, CIMB direct transfer, Public Bank direct transfer, Hong Leong direct transfer, as well as cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. mamak24 reserves the right to amend the minimum deposit amount with reasonable notice.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the User's name and previously used to fund the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes, subject to KYC verification status and applicable transaction screening.
6.3 Bonus Balances. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn directly. All bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Full details of wagering requirements are set out in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
6.4 Transaction Limits. mamak24 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and/or withdrawal limits at the Account level, either by default or at the User's request pursuant to responsible gambling provisions. Users may request limit adjustments through their Account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
6.5 Declined Transactions. mamak24 accepts no liability for losses arising from payment delays or failures attributable to third-party payment processors, including but not limited to bank processing delays, e-wallet outages, or cryptocurrency network congestion.
7.1 mamak24 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamak24 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mamak24.
11.1 The mamak24 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mamak24 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or Services.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mamak24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 mamak24's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mamak24's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by mamak24's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12.1 mamak24 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively provide tools and resources to assist Users in maintaining control over their gambling activity.
12.2 Users may set the following self-imposed limits through their Account dashboard at any time:
12.3 Increases to self-imposed limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the requested duration.

13.1 mamak24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms by the User, any remaining real-money Balance (exclusive of bonus credits) will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable transaction screening.
13.3 A User may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting mamak24's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
14.1 mamak24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, mamak24 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.3.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mamak24 holds its operating licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and mamak24, Users are encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance. mamak24 will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism established by mamak24's licensing authority.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
